A home made widget to add shuffle/swing to a Roland DIN Sync Clock – In this demo the DIN Sync master clock input (on the left of the box) is from an old Kenton Midi-CV Converter. The Shuffle box has two shuffly DIN Sync outputs (on the right of the box) one is feeding a 606, the other is feeding an 808, a 202 and a 101. Half way(ish) through this video I switch from a straight clock to a shuffled one – you’ll get the idea when we get there…oh yeah and there is a kill switch for each channel so you don’t have to stop the master clock…

TR808 promo performed by D Nice for Kool DJ Red alert’s radio show in NY in 1987. Kool Dj Red Alert used it for his intro every day for the next two years.
