You do a great job. Keep it up!
@jjjjjjjjjj125 most djs play whole songs but some just play samples depends on the dj
shiiet so DJs have to make samples for all the songs in their collection before they can perform? wouldn’t that take like an infinite amount of time?
nice beat, thanks for that, i was wanting to know how to do that with ableton. cheers mate.
These are great tutorials, man. This is just how I want to use Live. I didn’t know if the program would do what I wanted until I saw this. You’ve convinced me to get it. Thanks!
More reason for us to get this song done Spaz! people wanna hear it! But good looks on the shout out, mos def.
@mpcz1 yep. Just follow all the steps, but instead of hitting the little midi assign button you hit the keyboard assign button
can you assign to qwerty keyboard?
Thanks bboyspaz never sampled before watching your tutorial. What a big help. wow thanks Keep it coming .
@bboyspaz thanks man this sht helped alot
Why do you record it to Audio? wouldn’t it be better to record to MIDI so you can edit it afterwards.
Interesting man, never knew you could assign clips to midi notes and play them in like that – sweet!
Great tutorial and a very sick track.
Nice Tutorial, keep it up, hope to see more of these Tutorials! = )
nice lil tutorial. fresh ass beat. dope track! ayyyy!!!
i’ve recently got ableton. i’ve been wanting to produce house. and i’ve been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to chop some disco songs. now you’ve put me on the right track thanks so much
thanks times a million.
that really helped me out
yes I was able to figure out the problem xd. because mpk25 is a new midi controller its obvious that the older programs doesnt have the mpk25 script. download the new demo on the ableton site and than copy the script from the new one in your older ableton version
grtz if u don’t know where to find the script in your map pm me <3
great tutorial
this REALLY helped me out alot
5/5
i got the same problem wit my mpk25
where you able to figure out the problem?
yo spaz whats the concept behind warping in live like when u move the markers to the left or right what does tht do?? and how do u knw if you put the markers in the right place
lol ableton is truth.. nice man!
hey man! great tutorial. I have a little problem. My ableton receives my akai 25mpk in the midi track in indicator but when I try to macro a sample to a key it doesnt react. Does it need some kind of propteties for it ? ableton only knows mpk49 but no 25. grtzzz
Dope tutorial, dope track.
