  5. @MRVISDOME
yes you can use in logic. it works just like a plugin and works well. i do it all the time

  6. can i use maschine on apple in logic?

  7. Via your soundcard.

  8. How do you record directly into machine from a turntable?

  9. Nice n serious demo man!Thankz fo showing how it works;)Peace

  10. Maschine is fairly transparent. Not totally, but it’s pretty flat- general quality of its stepping and summing etc is very good as with all NI products. Of course, the output of the audio interface you use will have as much to do with the quality of audio you receive from it. That said, sample a ‘real analog’ (and beware what you class as ‘analog’ as you may be surprised as to how digital many classic boxes are) and you’ll hear the quality of your interface more than Maschine…

  11. how do you comapre this(in matter of sound) with real analog grooveboxes?

  12. wow this is dope ! nice work!

  13. Sorry for the delayed response to some of these folks!

    - You can layer samples on one pad, but you need to do it with the software mapping window otherwise you just switch samples.

    - Guess the sample and I’ll tell you if you’re right! ; )

    - This is on OS X 10.5, sorry I can’t help there.

Thanks for the kind words too. I’m glad the video helps!

  14. are you using maschine under windows vista or windows xp? i can’t get mine to work with windows vista at all.

  15. Nice MA”S”CHINE but your beat does not fit into the tune…

  16. Fucking amazing bro. im diggin the groove. I want one soooo bad. I saw it at last years NAMM in Cali. It seems so user friendly and intuitive. Im gonna get a new Mac Book, then the Machine will be my next purchase. thanks for posting the vid up homie.

  17. how to make a own song???

  18. Chris what is the song used on this video

  19. Great vid Chris. Hey, does anyone know if you can layer sounds/samples on maschine without having to hit 2 keys at one time?

  20. That looks fresh!

  21. Hi Hipnova, Maschine does have a fairly high system toll. I had no problems with a 2.4ghz c2duo w/2ghz ram (a MacBook, with 5400rpm hdd), but running particularly large and stressful projects stably required a 384 sample buffer for onboard sound. Your mileage will vary with a dedicated audio interface. Hope this helps!

  22. This is what I’ve been looking for. There’s plenty of videos of people playing techno tracks with Maschine, but I’ve been wondering how it handles the grit and grime.
Just curious if anyone knows if Maschine is very CPU intensive when you get into the higher track counts. Thanks.

  23. Excellent vid!Props!
    Freshcuts

  24. i don’t know why akia haven’t done this with the mpcs intergrate it with the computer

  25. Good vid chris, nice work on the review as well.

My hat tips to you and giz :D
